Garth founded Stefan Solutions in 2020. Garth is passionate about sharing his knowledge and passion with others. He provides tutoring services to students who are pursuing professional designations and licenses including all FINRA-related exams. He has extensive industry experience and has helped over 1,500 professionals successfully pass exams.
Garth is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Garth is currently a Financial Advisor Manager at Vanguard. Garth previously managed several sales teams at T. Rowe Price. He is FINRA Series 7, Series 6, Series 63, Series 24, and Series 66 registered in all 53 jurisdictions. Additionally, Garth is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. Also, Garth is a CFA® Institute Investment Foundations certificate holder.
